Tet is not just an eagerly awaited special time for Students to enjoy a long break and celebrate Tet with their beloved families. For WISers from the Rainbow Spring club who partnered with the Spring In My Hands fund, the days leading up to Tet were a memorable experience on the journey of spreading “Spring of Love” to the Students of Luong Phu Secondary School in Giồng Trôm, Ben Tre on January 8th.
With meticulous preparation and abundant love, 50 Tet gifts and 50 white shirts were carefully prepared by WISers and given to the Students to encourage academic excellence. Spring In My Hands fund also awarded 20 scholarships to the most outstanding Students.
Tet day was made even more complete with the Spring Festival organized by the Rainbow Spring club. The collaboration between WISers and the Students of Luong Phu Secondary School brought captivating performances, traditional games, and study tool giveaways from the “WISers’ Secret Gift Box” event. Additionally, WISers personally packed small Tet cakes, coconut jam, and prepared red envelopes filled with good wishes to give to new friends.
Reflecting on this meaningful journey, WISers shared, “Seeing those happy, innocent eyes, we believe that the ‘Spring of Love’ unfolded as RBS had hoped. The activities of RBS not only involved giving meaningful gifts but also brought energetic Spring activities for the young students.”
The journey of “Spring of Love” at Luong Phu Secondary School concluded with joyful memories and warm, loving smiles, creating a memorable experience on the Happy Growth journey of each WISers, nurturing beautiful emotional values and spreading love through practical actions within the community.
