Vietnamese Curriculum

The Vietnamese Secondary Education Curriculum is based on the National Education Program, stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam. The curriculum is developed using an integrated approach to optimize content and outcomes while preserving and promoting national cultural values in core content and teaching methods.

The learning content of the subjects is developed with a specialized focus, divided into modules with clear and specific objectives. Additionally, the teacher also create the content into thematic units and clusters, developing them into interdisciplinary projects to increase opportunities for students to experience and undertake learning tasks.

Following the approach of individualization, the teacher regularly and periodically assess each student’s learning progress and the development of moral qualities, based on the skill and knowledge standards of each subject and the specific requirements of each educational activity. Students’ academic and personal development results are reflected not only in grades but also in comprehensive feedback from teachers.

International Curriculum

In addition to the Common Core and NGSS courses, the International Curriculum provides secondary students with career-oriented activities, college and intellectual work skills, international language proficiency preparation (IELTS/TOEFL), and SAT readiness. High school students can also enroll in AP courses to satisfy their passion for learning and maximize their academic potential.

As with the Vietnamese Curriculum, students’ learning activities in the International Curriculum are assessed both continuously and periodically, through grades and teacher feedback. Additionally, the International Curriculum utilizes the Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) Test, designed by the NWEA in the USA. By using an external assessment system, which not only provides detailed information on students’ academic progress but also ensures objectivity in the evaluation process of the International Program.
