Regarding Organizing Grade 1 Placement test of 2022-2023 School year
The Admissions Office of Wellspring Saigon would like to send our best wishes for health and peace to you and your families. Thank you for your interest in choosing Wellspring Saigon as a learning place for your children in the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.
Following the Admissions Commencement 2022-2023 on January 24th2022, we would like to inform the procedure of organizing the Grade 1 Placement test for the 2022-2023 School year as follows:
1. Placement test method:
– Each Student will do an in-person test at school on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. Testing time is 60 minutes, including 30 minutes of face-to-face interviews in English with the International Program Teacher; and 30 minutes of face-to-face interview in Vietnamese with the Vietnam Program Teacher.
– While waiting for students, parents will be invited to meet directly with a representative of the School Board for 20 minutes, to discuss and share your opinions and expectations in the students’ future development and education
2. The results will be announced by the School Admission Council from April 15, 2022 onwards
We fully understand the expectations of parents in receiving the results soon, but there are numerous students who have registered, and the school would like to create equal opportunities for all students on the registered list to participate in the test. At the same time, Wellspring Saigon’s standard of reporting student testing results also requires time to implement and complete, to fully ensure the detail, accuracy and objectivity in the comments regarding your child.
3. Admissions Procedure:
When the student is accepted, Parents need to complete the admission procedure required by the school within seven (07) working days.
Currently, the Admissions Office is sending the Notice of Placement test schedule to parents who have successfully registered. In case you have already registered (confirmed registration number) but have not received a notification, please contact the Admissions Department at hotline: 0937 099 229 for support.
In case parents have not completed the registration of Admission information (registration number), please register here: The school will close the registration system when we receive enough students for the 2022-2023 school year.
